LEWIS Rit was a GOOD PROCESS
param sThe key for the vehicle was placed in a different lockbox than the one indicated on check in, I spent about 25 minutes on the phone with customer service to figure out how to get our key. Please double check which lockbox is indicated for the key. Otherwise it was a smooth experience.
