The parking lot was up hill and was full of ice 3inches thick when I went to pick up my rental truck at 9 a.m. , the automatic gate would not automatically open on the way out, I had to pry it open and squeeze through then type the code in again, then hustle back to the truck so the gate wouldn’t close. Also I got charged for the wrong mileage and gas, I called the location over and over again and they never called back. However I did call U-Haul directly and they handled the situation. All in all this location is horrible and needs to be reviewed
