The check-in experience was just awful. There's very little cell service, and the phone people apparently don't actually do anything helpful. It was such a frustrating time. I showed up early for my rental, and it took almost an hour to do self check-in. The website/app kept forcing me to retake pictures. It was horrible. I'll never do self check-in again.
