For this rental, there was an issue with the software/program for dispatching the equipment. This issue added a 40 minute wait time to my pick up. Perhaps there should be a paper system back that can be used in the event of programming problems that the agent can use to get the customer out the door and then add the info to the data base when it is back up and tuning as expected.
