The truck was dirty. It was not swept out and it was parallel park between two other trucks and it was difficult to get out. The padlock on the key box was extremely difficult to get loose and it was old and sticky.

Robin BA staff member had a dog off its leash within city limits (Which is a crime, and he should have been fined), there were other business activities such as ski rentals which took away from the attention of staff. The location was not equipped with proper essential items concerning uhal acquisition such as moving blankets, straps, or a dolly. The two employees seemed unprofessional, distracted, offering an unclean environment because of the unleashed and unkempt animal, which didn't appear to have been washed recently. The vehicle was also dirty and not properly cleaned, it seemed that the staff were to focused on ski rentals than uhal. I'm very very dissatisfied, and get that disgusting dog out of there!
