This location was absolutely perfect! My problem is the actual U-Haul website! I was placed on a “Do Not Rent” list because the system linked me to my son’s account! This was so embarrassing! & it’s not ok! I began a chat to try and figure out what the problem was, to no avail! The associate on the other end was not concerned about my best interest nor the company’s best interest. Finally I called and I received an answer. The system automatically linked me to my son’s account. This is not fair to the consumer. I should not have to be embarrassed because of my son doesn’t have his affairs in order.
