It wasn't easy to find, as there was not a collection of Uhaul vehicles or obvious signage. The staff approached me from a car in the parking lot and didn't identify himself as Uhaul initially. The entire transaction took place in the parking lot of a business park where no other businesses were open. I feel like I was charged for gas unnecessarily.

The location was great, we had a lot of issues with the pick up and drop off though, needing 2 different alternate contacts, and needing to call costumer support to complete the drop off. No complaints with the location or truck though.

Robert CThe equipments (furniture dolley and furniture paddings) were not provided even though I reserved them. The system also changed my pickup location without notifying me before I got there. I only found out after I started my online check in. Also when I was returning the vehicle and keys, the owner of Kirads Furniture personally demanded that I give him the keys to the Uhaul instead of leaving them in the lock box like the website told me to. Even if he is the owner of the business and the UHaul, I much prefer things to be conducted professionally and by protocol. It felt uncomfortable being personally confronted by a stranger about this completely online process and I felt rightly suspicious when he claimed he is the owner. He also accused me of lying about my gas input when I made a mistake in estimating the gas meter. I took a photo of the odometer with the gas icon in view and sent it online in my return process so why couldn’t he just check that photo to confirm. My intention wasn’t to deceive and it was an honest mistake but I feel very disrespected and uncomfortable when the owner accused me. This owner is very unprofessional and unfriendly. I do not recommend this location at all.
