Pick up is easy, but they should do a flat rate for mileage having to pay so much for mileage is almost criminal.

Love the drop box. We weren’t sure if we were to put the pads in the front part of truck or leave in the back. The back is not locked, so we put in the front .

James BThe drop off was done through the app so I didn’t interact with anyone. However, two days later I received a call that I hadn’t dropped off the truck, which I did. Apparently the location had not checked it in.
Lucia HNobody there seemed to know what to do, I ended up with a dolly I did not rent because it was in the back of the truck and nobody had looked at it. The truck was attached to a trailer I did not want, and I had to figure out how to disconnect it by myself because there was inadequate staff there to handle the rentals. The staff that was there was pleasant, but ignorant. I ended up on the phone with a guy who said he was out of state. They did give me a $25 discount for the trouble.
