The mall is a little run down but customer service was prompt

Jackie RThe process of requiring 3 people to pick up the phone is crazy! It felt particularly unfair that the website made it seem like an easy remote process. Instead I had to bother all my friends to get them to pick up a spam-y phone number with no notice, and the pick up took way longer than I expected. In addition, the website did not say what was required when I shared contact info.
Tatiana CInteraction with the owner from the beginning was horrible. He needs a class in customer service. My first time renting a truck from somewhere that’s doesn’t specialize in just the u haul side of things. So i never used an online system other than just booking the truck.
