You changed my pick up location and I didn’t know until I arrived at my UHaul store to get my truck and it wasn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend you to anybody if that’s how you u treat your customers.

Good amount of homeless people wandering the area, asking for money. Even as I was trying to inspect the truck so that was annoying.
ANDREW FThe location is in a strip mall with many other businesses. It's main signage is for the car audio business so a little hard to see the U-Haul signage among all the other visual clutter. If the name of the business had been printed on the return info then it would have been easier to find. Otherwise staff was friendly and would rent from there in the future.
