Nobody there seemed to know what to do, I ended up with a dolly I did not rent because it was in the back of the truck and nobody had looked at it. The truck was attached to a trailer I did not want, and I had to figure out how to disconnect it by myself because there was inadequate staff there to handle the rentals. The staff that was there was pleasant, but ignorant. I ended up on the phone with a guy who said he was out of state. They did give me a $25 discount for the trouble.
