Has to ride to the location to assure my reservation was confirmed due to inability to reach someone via phone nor received a return call. Didn’t like receiving a call from Uhaul 2 days before my reservation made a month ahead of my move that the pickup location changed. This is the second time this happened. Please do better about scheduling reservations.

The store owner was helpful, but is a little rude and has very little patience. I had a hard time with the app. But overall a good experience. I tried to call to speak to someone, but could not no one answered.

Victor BIf available help your customers,that's what you're there for. If I wanted to do a self pick up, I would've scheduled one. Also, it's not smart to park the trucks against the trees considering you will charge if they are scratched.
