Better lighting in returning equipment.
Victor BIf available help your customers,that's what you're there for. If I wanted to do a self pick up, I would've scheduled one. Also, it's not smart to park the trucks against the trees considering you will charge if they are scratched.

Charmaime MThe U-Haul experience without in-person assistance was frustrating and difficult to navigate. I didn’t find the process user-friendly, and the fees felt somewhat predatory. I rented a truck advertised at $19.99, but my final payment ended up being $104. I would have appreciated more transparency upfront about the potential additional charges.
