Needed to give recognition to Sean in cooperate over the Durham area his customer services skills are excellent both over the phone and even better in person. I was having the hardest time locating an available rental called and he found one in no time when picking up at this locations was having issues w/ check in he came to assist no questions asked! Just wanted good customer service to be recognized Thank you again!!!

Drug dealers and crack heads. Took over an hour to pickup my truck. Called more than 5 times. I wanted to rent a bigger truck upon arrival. No one answered the phone. No one was available at the location, other than the crack heads. The drug dealer said "I couldnt park my car there" and leave it for the day. So I had to pay an adjacent lot to watch my car. Walk across HWY 55. Spend an hour trying to call, get a larger truck and just complete my reservation. By the time I finally got my key, with no help, I was an hour and a half late for my hired help. The AC in the truck did not work. I tried to put in to return my truck at a later time, that didnt work. Then i was charged an additional $88. I want a refund. Absolute fucking nightmare. Still never got a call back. But they found a way to run my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I want a refund or Im reporting you for fraud. The end.
Lauren DThe owner was rude and acted as if he didn't know the price I had contracted for. He was very short with us. Threated to tow car. Added a charge to rental AFTER contract. Would not provide a receipt. Wanted us to purchase car wash and was upset when we declined. He has several bad reviews. He took up a great deal of time. He should be investigated and shut down. Negative 5 star rating. I wish I could get a refund.

Kalissa BHas to ride to the location to assure my reservation was confirmed due to inability to reach someone via phone nor received a return call. Didn’t like receiving a call from Uhaul 2 days before my reservation made a month ahead of my move that the pickup location changed. This is the second time this happened. Please do better about scheduling reservations.
