The customer service was very poor, the guy at the counter was very rude, condescending and unprofessional, he made my experience very frustrating and disappointing and very unpleasant from the beginning to the end!!

the owner of the store was extremely unprofessional. he tried to take my card out of my hand and wouldn’t listen until i snatched my card from his fingers while the card was still in my possession. extremely rude and unprofessional. he does not need to be apart of your neighborhood uhaul business.

I also requested in person pick up however I arrived and no one was outside to explain anything and when I went into the mart the representative was rude, he insisted I pick up using the link which didn't work so I had to go back in and I told him about the error and he had a snarky remark. He checked me in then stated I needed to do my drop off online, which was very annoying and tedious. I won't be using this location again or referring anyone.

Bonita BThe Uhaul online reservation process seems to omit pickup times for which the subject vehicle is not available. That led to another site only offering pick times from 12-4 AM. You could either improve the site so that only times for which the given location is actually open are listed, and explain that for times not shown, the vehicle is not available, or whatever the explanation is. My experience at the site I used was just fine.
Philip SThere is a big hole in the roof of truck, there was water inside truck! It was raining and some of my items got wet! Owner knew there was a hole before renting U-Haul truck and failed to mention at check in!
Motisola GThe truck was fine have rented from this location before however when I opened the back on the truck, it was infested with Ants. I did my best to get all the ants out before moving my belongings in it, however when unloading, ants were still on my belongings.
Dajiah HI still haven't had my final payment amount adjusted and it's been a full week since I returned the vehicle. I havent received a final receipt or any communication about what I should expect my final total to be. Before returning the van, I used a leaf blower to guarantee I got 100% of the loose dirt out of the van. It had rained during the time I was renting the van, and thus our shoes were dirty during the moving process. When I returned the vehicle I was told I would be charged because I returned the vehicle without "scrubbing the floor clean" -- I've never in all my years renting from uhaul had a problem like this and I genuinely believe it's specific to this locations employees lacking any and all customer service skills. Ultimately, I think this location does not uphold uhauls company values and should be reprimanded accordingly.
Esther SI was a little skeptical because the pick-up was at a mini-mart. However, the staff was helpful and cordial. The U-Haul truck was clean, in great condition and well maintained. Going to this location was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely go again.

Jamnel FThe agent was surely. In a bared cage behind the counter. Bars were on the doors and windows. He was playing loud rap music, blaring from a 3 foot speaker. There were gas masks that you could attach to a bong hanging from the ceiling! There was various bongs and drug assecoaries throughout the market. There was no parking at all anywhere near the store. I had to park my car at a bike trail parking area and walk along a busy street then cross a 5 lane highway. This experience was a nightmare for a single 75 year old woman. AGRON SThe store owner told me that uhaul closed at 6 . But I had 24/7 pickup, he was very aggressive. I tried to have the uhaul rep talk with him in the phone and he refused. Eventually he gave me the keys after I tried to get in the lock boxes that he had changed the codes to. The uhaul rep on the phone didn’t have the correct code to retrieve key . Not a great experience
Edward MOperated out of a poorly maintained convenience store. Truck did not have working A/C vents. I was not allowed to park on the premises. The store cited “limited space” as to why; however, the was more than enough space. Store owner came out to tell me personally that he would have me towed. Awful experience.

Carolina RNo indication that you can't par your car there when you take the van. It was an empty lot, and the space was just open for the van the whole time we were gone. Also ordered moving equipment (dolly) and wasn't told this wouldn't be accommodated until I got there and had no recourse.
Erin MThere is no where to park and leave a vehicle at this location, and I received no notification that I would need someone to come with me to drive my personal vehicle. I would only recommend to someone who had help driving their vehicle home, or if they create a couple of customer parking spaces.
Hannah DYou web check in left much to be desired. I pre-check in and had license pictures taken but was asked again to do it on the day I picked up the car. Returning was also difficult because after I put in mileage and fuel level, it asked me to take a photo but there is no provision to do so. Also the continue button was greyed out and I can't continue. Have to ask the attendent to complete the rest. I have no idea if the truck was properly returned or not. You online process needs much improvement.
Chi H-there needs to be parking at location. I was told by the owner that I would be towed (even though there was plenty is space). Couldn’t get an Uber, so I had to park elsewhere and walk almost two miles in the rain in 40 deg weather. -window had been left open, so the passenger side of the cab was soaked. -tank barely 1/4 full
David BThe guy, Simon, running this location is very rude, lacks basic customer service, and has no respect. If I wasn’t on a time limit I would have took my uhaul reservation elsewhere. I will NEVER use this location again.

Blake JThe back lot where the truck was parked is full of mud. I had to open the door and ‘jump’ in from the passenger side. I was told to repark it the same way by the attendant resulting in having to jump out too. The mud is inches deep. Also, got charged a after hours fee, I returned it the day before it was due back, moved the cones and parked it back in the mud as instructed, dropped the key in the box. And I get hit with a after hours fee. The attendant is working the counter insode the store behind a glass, I had to wait several minutes to get acknowledged. After we got started the attendant would ask me to step away every time someone needed to buy a soda or chips etc. one person didnt have money to pay for his order and because I was stepped aside the customer asked me to cash app with him to pay for it! I gave him the money for his order just so I could get going. There is NO service at this location. With what I got charged I will NEVER use uhaul again
Michael HI enjoyed checking out and using the U-Haul. However, upon dropoff I had a poor experience. I was overcharged for days i had not used the U-Haul and had been charged for other misc charges as well. Basically 3x the quoted price.

He lie,l say it twice. He said he can't refund my money. Never rent for that location again. Going back to where I rented before.

George Sdid not like the psychological ploy with the truck having only a quarter of a tank of gas. I immediately felt I had to fill the truck up which you wanted me to do. Used about four gallons of gas and you had a truck that was full. Have read on forums this happens at other locations. Use the truck was full and only had to refill it, which I only payed for the gas I used. If I need to move again, will ask miles per gallon for the truck and fill up accordingly. You remind me of trump by getting over on people.
