My Uhaul was clean, but it had a low tire pressure light. I asked the employee to check the tires since I didn't have a gauge to read the pressures. He walked around the truck and said it was fine and that I should just go to a gas station to fill up the tire, even though there was a mechanic shop attached to the rental pickup location. He did not offer to fill up the tire. Once I got home, I used an air compressor to check the tire and it was at 53 PSI when it should have been 80 PSI. I was able to pump it up, but I did find a large nail in the drivers side rear tire. I was able to make it from Durham to Charlotte, but this situation was not taken seriously by the employee.

Felt a little unorganized and slow. Not great closed loop communication on drop off. At end employee jist started walking away without really closing out the transaction. Also, employer was open carrying a firearm which really isn't a customer friendly behavior. This feedback is all for the Durham, NC location. Having said all of that I am grateful to have access to this equipment!

Jose OHe basically told me I would have to take it up with the U-Haul place that I got it from, but he had to charge me for a extra day when I was already charged from Friday till Sunday one price
Vanessa MBoth of the men who were at front desk were rude, and unhelpful. Had to get the dolly myself, get the truck from a lot that was full of weeds/ cut up my leg, cannot park my car there, had to cross a major street after leaving my car at park. The window wipers needed to be replaced. Worst experience I have ever had with uhaul.
