He told me I would get money back because i wouldn’t use the full 40 miles he charged me for and I never received a refund!!!

Selena HI dropped off my rental on the same day as I rented it, within the window of the online open hours. They had left early so I had to use the drop box for the key. They charged me an entire extra day rental and the extra day of insurance because they had shortened their business hours. I have a photo documenting my key drop. They also charged me for a bit of gas but I drove 32 miles exactly and filled up the tank with 2 gallons of gas right before dropping off the vehicle, and the gas tank hit the same 1/2 line as when I picked it up. I wish I had taken this photo to document that. They have not returned my phone calls to discuss. My return bill was robbery and should have only reflected two additional miles of driving, not another $78 to go with my full initial rental fee of $128.
