There wasn't anyone there! There was a note on the door to call, so we did, 5 times! We left 2 messages & no one ever called us back! Extremely poor customer service is an understatement! My husband had to call the uhaul customer 800 number, & If it wasn’t for the helpful lady we probably never would’ve gotten our truck! We’ll never go back to this location!

I requested an appliance dolly. I had to drive to a different location to pick it up, because this location didn’t have one. The truck showed a low tire pressure warning when I picked it up.
