The assistant for choosing the best vehicle was stellar! She was very knowledgeable, knew how to accommodate our needs, and was very professional. Checkout was a bit tricky because the app didn’t take pictures well, but the customer service remedied that efficiently with another link. Maybe provide a link to take pictures instead of relying on the app? Or fix the app if possible. Otherwise, this U-Haul location was an easy, professional experience!
