Jordan DI am a women and I has to drop off at this location in the middle of no where at night with not much lighting. WHY DID YOUR SYSTEM MAKE ME DRIVE to Silver Lake? I did not drop it off at the Pony Express Pkwy because the dumb online system you have would not let me choose that location. I want my additional $70 plus dollars I had to pay refunded back. But I bet you don't even respond to this survey.
Shana WNothing…everything was great. Pamela was very helpful in explaining everything and arranging for our rental. We thought we might need an extra day, and she even texted to see if we did. As it turned out we didn’t, but it was good to know that we had priority if we did need it.
MARGARET BStaff was not available for 15 minutes, rude when arriving to assist and disappeared when I needed help to remove the security lock.
