The truck smelled bad. And they charged me $10 for 2 gallons of gasoline, when I returned it at 3/4 full, which is what it was at when I picked it up.

They really should be better at informing their customers about accurate information that they have documented on paperwork on top of the fact that the truck was shaking really bad the one that I had and I had to trade it out for the next truck and they wanted to charge me for inaccurate fuel because I didn't take a picture of it that it was less than what the paper said. I will never recommend for anybody to go to that place ever again! The lady that was at the counter never told me about a Dropbox for the keys and I dropped it off on a Sunday when I didn't know that they were closed and I still was on camera that I dropped the vehicle off at the time of when I rented the truck so that they saw me returning it at the appropriate time I kept the key so that somebody didn't steal the truck and they were trying to charge me for another day for that.
