I rented based on an earlier experience almost a decade ago, when I received a great discount for returning a van from FL to NY. My opinion is you soaked me this time! I'm furious that I could've hired a moving company for less, and assumed much less personal risk, after driving through two downpours and a deluge with your broken wipers! Your added value is gone, and I will not recommend your company to anyone. In fact, I plan to go out of my way to discourage others from using you for big and long DIY moving help.
