Overall I had a good experience. They helped me all the way. But the delivery person was very bad.

ilia gWell to start I booked a truck and when I went to pick it up they tell me sorry, we have no trucks! WHAT???????? you can imagine my reaction. this move had to be done on the 2nd sooooo they said 2 costumers did not return the truck and that is why. NO penalties to them> I had to take a truck that was dirty and the lock on the back door was broken and on top of that had to buy some rope from u haul charged me 8 dollars and drive behind the truck the whole way to make sure it did not open up and all the stuff would be on the street. So needless to say that number 1 I will not rent from haul again nor recommend it to ANYBODY.These are my comments
