The return process were not right I drop of my van in time the process time were put in wrong and for that I were charged a day extra I will not pick up another one from that location nor would I send anyone else there.

Miguel QThe attendant, though a nice man, it was extremely difficult to communicate with him. The registration process took almost a half hour to complete and that was made worse by him needing to pivot 3 or 4 times to deal with customers who were coming to the station for gas or an oil change. After I finally got the vehicle, I was SHOCKED by how disgustingly filthy it was inside. Bottles and garbage was on the floor. The dashboard and interior was covered in a layer of dust and dirt. It is clear that no one has cleaned the cabin in God knows how long. I did not want to touch the steering wheel and avoided thinking about what was on it. I drove a few feet and the light went on for low gas. Clearly the gas meter is not checked because he told me that I had to return it with the gas wheee it was. I cannot imagine the previous person received the vehicle at that level. My suspicion was confirmed when I later returned the van and the attendant simple took the keys and said thanks! I told him about the disgustingly filthy cabin and he explained that “that is just how some people are”. I understand basic wear and tear but this was the most disgustingly vehicle I have ever been inside of. I am very disappointed with my first experience with UHaul
