rick fVery disappointing experience. I made a reservation for a U-Haul truck in advance and expected the truck to be available at the scheduled time. When I arrived, I was told that there was no truck available. This caused me a lot of inconvenience because I had already planned my move and arranged people to help me. If U-Haul confirms a reservation, the customer should be able to rely on it. I would appreciate a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time.
