yurii bI rented a truck, and aside from the fact that it was dirty, no one informed me that returning it late would result in an additional two-day fee. From the beginning, I clearly explained that I didn’t know exactly how long I would need the truck and couldn’t give an exact return time because of heavy traffic. Despite that, when I returned the truck, my bill was increased by $47 without any prior warning. Absolutely terrible service
