"Clean and inviting" is in the eye of the beholder. Cleanliness of office/location was average and did not impact the moving experience. What mattered to me was a clean and well maintained truck and in this regard, all was excellent. Thank you!
Joseph MNeighborhood dealer made me drop everything I was doing during my move out to pick up U-Haul 3 hours before schedule pick up time because he “had to other things to do” giving me an ultimatum that I would not be able to pick up the u haul trailer at all.
