The door on the trailer needs major repair. After I left and opened it. It would only open a foot or so. I brought it back and they temporarily fixed it. The track is bad an inside of door frames are bent which caused it to not open and shut properly. They should have known this before I got there

fernando pNo improvement needed. My trip getting a truck n toy hauler trailer was a night mare. U-Haul on gateway in grand forks, nd came through to check around for what I needed. Less then a mile away a toy hauler trailer was available. Thank you so much for the kindness from both places.
Donna DThank you for accommodating us with our travel changes!
Melanie A"Clean and inviting" is in the eye of the beholder. Cleanliness of office/location was average and did not impact the moving experience. What mattered to me was a clean and well maintained truck and in this regard, all was excellent. Thank you!
