Taking the pictures was a hassle. That should have already been done by the uhaul agent.

NANCY DCheck that the drop off location is accepting contracted equipment before the contract is signed and the rental initiated. That did not happen in my case. The day before drop off, I was contacted and told I was going to have to drive the truck an additional hour away (two hours round trip) at my expense for fuel!! This was very upsetting. The customer service person I spoke with was not helpful or understanding at all, and I found him rude. I recalled Uhaul the morning of the scheduled drop off and insisted to drop the truck off in my home town, which was the initial agreement. Thankfully that customer service rep was very helpful and understanding.
