I want to Thank you all for such a wonderful moving experience. The rental price was reasonable and there was no problem that I had to keep it an extra day. Turn in was so simple everything was added to my card without me having to come into the store. I received an itemized bill online which was so nice. I missed putting in a couple of gallons of gas so I was charged but that’s ok!! I want to also say how professional the girl was at the desk ( I forgot her name☺️) but she is for sure a very valuable employee and this company is very lucky to have her!! Thank you again and keep up the great work!!

This location and their personnel are consistently top-notch in every way, and the equipment is usually great too. The enclosed trailer I rented this time was clean and had good tires, but its roll-up door was terrible: rusty handle stuck every time, roller spring slow then dangerously fast. This one needs an overhaul.
Rachel SGot to the location & they were closed. Tried to get on the website & it was down. Took us almost 2 hrs to get our truck. Plus we got charged double the amount. Still fighting to get that corrected. Just a bad experience overall.
