The attendant was helpful, attentive, efficient. The location was very easy to drop off the UHaul truck at, right on Route 1.

First truck had no ac working

BILL JWe dropped off the rental when the site was closed, so we never went inside nor did we interact with the staff at this location. These comments are specific to the women I spoke with at customer service: I was surprised by the unprofessional manner of the two women whose job it was to respond to problems with the rentals. Most sentences started with “Listen, sweetheart” with a very condescending tone and it was very quickly made clear that they didn’t care if my contract listed information that differed from theirs. It was a very stressful ending to a long and difficult rental process (UHaul’s computer system went down in the day we picked up the rental, and we had to try 2 different places to find a location that could do a “work- around” contract, which is probably why my contract was different than the one in the computer). This may be an unusual occurrence, but well trained staff should be able to resolve disputes without such a level of unprofessionalism and disrespect.
