I was sent here because the location is rented from had their truck in for repair. This was outside of my area so I had to pay extra mileage through no fault of my own but there was no consideration for this. Not the location’s fault though. There is no parking due to town ordinance so I had to walk aways away to/from. Again, not the location’s fault but added to the stress of the move. The location told me to return it full which I did but the guy was arguing over the 2 gallons of gas I used which didn’t even move the needle from the Full line on the gauge. Had I used more or he’d been more specific I would have added more gas. Not that anyone cares but I had to move due to divorce & am stressed enough. A little patience & speaking nicely to a customer would’ve been appreciated. Would not go back to this location or recommend. I just appreciate the other guy who stood behind the truck to help me back out onto Hempstead Tpke because it’s not easy in a tight parking lot with limited view in the mirrors. I don’t normally drive a 15’ vehicle in my day to day.
