AKHLAK CI rented a truck and when I picked it up the vehicle wasn’t clean at all and I have been waiting for a long time 👎, I returned the vehicle at 6pm and they called me the next day to ask why I didn’t return it and they charged me a cleaning fee?! Very unprofessional and very disappointing customer service! I never had this experience with a U-Haul before.
