Personnel trained on equipment drop-off, it's really just a walk through an app. Employees were helpful, just a little unprepared.

MARY JThe pick up location was excellent & did everything they could to compensate for the complete incompetence of the person on the corporate phone system that set up the rental. The location forced me to make 2 trips that were 50 miles out of my way & added about 2 & 1/2 hours to my already crazy night. The agent on the phone did not inform me that I would need to accommodate a 4 flat wiring plug (typically used for small vehicles) While she knew my truck had a factory two package (always 7 round plug on all domestic models) This cost me an additional 30 miles, 45 minutes & 15 dollars to begin my adventure. The person on the corporate phone line would not let me drop off the unit at a dealer just 1 mile from my destination. I was forced to drive 50 miles to return where I picked up. I will never use UHAUL again and I will go out of my way to recommend to my clients (I'm a 32 year career real estate professional in the #1 outbound state in the Union) to never use UHAUL as well!
