Truck had a bad smell. I was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee. Young lady was very rude and unprofessional. When called for a bill explanation she said she would call me back. I had to call her back 3times. She was abrupt and rude. Telling n e about filling cars. Wouldn't recommend to no one

JULIAN NCustomer service was awful. We were told that we had to wait to get our truck checked back in until they finished parking rental cars and they told us to use the app or wait. The young lady was extremely nasty and stood behind the counter smirking at me as the manager was helping me. She was very dry and really need customer service training. I will not be using this location again.
