Reserved online, website says I can return the Uhaul to any location. Picking up the rental I find out this is not accurate. Paid $150 on mileage that I was not prepared for due to having to return the uhaul to original location. Also rented an appliance dolly on the reservation that they did not have and had to be refunded. How does ANY Uhaul location not have had trucks in stock.

Truck had no a/c and the temperature was over 97 degrees and miserable, place closed early so I could not report it to management nor could I pick up some needed boxes

Perry BThe agent was 10min late. Slowly walking over from the McDonald’s next door. She had. Nothing in her hands, which means she sat in there and ate her food, while me and 3 other customers were waiting for her to open. No apology offered for tardiness. First truck we were assigned air conditioning wasn’t working, was filthy and the fuel gauge light was on. 2nd option vehicle had thick barbeque sauce spread out all over the floor on the passenger side and smelled horrible. Water bottles, and all types of trash in the cabin. I lifted up the back door and it’s 2 bags of trash and clothes! Dirt everywhere. I reported the sauce issue and she slightly hosed it down. When I got home, I removed the rubber mat and cleaned it properly with soap and water. This is the 2nd time renting here. When I told my wife that this was the location that we’re renting from, her reply was, “didn’t we have a bad experience years ago there?” She was correct. We couldn’t remember the issues, but we did remember that we had once vowed to never rent from that location again. HORRIBLE
