The attendant avec picking up the vehicle was very unfriendly (drop off person was friendly). The location does not allow you to leave the personal vehicle during the rental. That makes it impossible for one person to rent a truck. I have NEVER encountered that before. The vehicle was really old (150k miles) and was very rough to drive.
