This is the worst U-Haul experience. I’ve had. I normally deal with the location on welcomeall but I guess the size truck I needed I was relocated to this location. I was asked how many miles did I think I was going to use and I told the lady around 60 now where I was going was 28 miles away from the U-Haul and 28 miles back to the storage across the street and then I drove the U-Haul to my home which was 5.8 miles each way so that total comes up to about 68 miles and they charged me for 344 pounds which is insane because that’s going out of town and when I did a little research on this location, a lot of people have had problems and now that I know it’s independently owned I believe they are rigging the trucks because that was just so wrong to take money from me

Phillip FReserved online, website says I can return the Uhaul to any location. Picking up the rental I find out this is not accurate. Paid $150 on mileage that I was not prepared for due to having to return the uhaul to original location. Also rented an appliance dolly on the reservation that they did not have and had to be refunded. How does ANY Uhaul location not have had trucks in stock.
Adam YTruck had no a/c and the temperature was over 97 degrees and miserable, place closed early so I could not report it to management nor could I pick up some needed boxes
