I don’t see personnel because it was after hours. The area was secluded and very dark. There were no signs as to where to park.

I booked ahead of time. When I got there no-one was there to help us. We downloaded the app but the app would not accept most of our photos. It was an awful experience. Never again!

PATRICIA DParking lot was narrow, muddy (not paved). I only selected this location because of proximity to my home. This location is for the no-frills, "just the truck Ma'am" crowd and it worked well for me. The interior was an old brick building presumably from the 1930's with a car repair shop as part of the location. Owner was nice and attentive. All in all - it served my needs well, but this location is not for the "well-heeled" crowd. Will I use them again? Of course - for the same needs. I just wanted a no-frills truck rental. Easy in, easy out and back on time with a full tank of gas.
Thomas CPhone checkin process was a pain and time-consuming. Will use in-person from here on out. Truck was clean overall, but windshield needed cleaning, inside and out. Personnel at return was fast and friendly.
