Check engine light came on, truck overheated and I didn't dare stop to put gas in it for fear it wouldn't start again. Paid for an equipment dolly, never got it. Candy wrappers in the seat and door. This was an all around rough rental experience and Uhaul customer service was ZERO help. They wouldn't even give me contact info for the rental place so they could try to make it right for me, since Uhaul offered nothing. This seems like a Uhaul issue, not the rental place.

Renting here was easy. The drop off was also easy and they billed me correctly. Would rent here again.

CHARLES SThis was the worst drop-off experience I have ever had, and I will not use U-Haul again. I returned the truck early, with more fuel than I received it with, and took great care to ensure it was in excellent condition. At approximately 10:30 a.m., I handed the keys to a staff member and specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do to complete the return. Later that day, I received an email receipt that included a $25 cleaning fee — already frustrating given how carefully I maintained the truck. Even more concerning, I then received a second receipt with a $150 damage/accident charge. This claimed that I had damaged the truck at 9:00 a.m. and failed to complete an accident report. It also listed an incorrect address for me and included a suspicious "Quick Claim Settlement Estimate." At first, I thought it was a scam. I immediately tried to call the drop-off location but received no answer and no return call despite leaving a voicemail. I then contacted U-Haul customer service and provided all of the details. The representative shared photos of damages that I did not cause — I was at home sleeping at 9:00 a.m. and could not have been involved in any accident. I am extremely upset and feel I am being wrongly held responsible for damage that occurred after I returned the truck. I continue to urge U-Haul to investigate this matter thoroughly and resolve it promptly.
