Jennifer ZThe cab was a mess so I just drove it and returned it like that. I am not a fan of the self check out and check in whole thing. It’s worse than checking out at the grocery store. I think there should be a cheaper price granted for doing the work of an employee.
Sean MThere was a to go coffee cup and car ash tray left in the truck from the prior person. Other than that the truck was clean and up to par.
Dominique WEasy pickup and drop off overall, both times after hours. The app was giving me issues both when picking up and when dropping off; however customer support was able to help me resolve the issue. Truck was clean both in the box and in the cab. The truck was easy to find. Overall a 9/10 experience.
