The truck was dirty and smelled heavily of cigerettes.

The cabin was filthy, and the check engine light was on.
Brian SThe back of the truck used for storage was filthy, I had to sweep it myself before loading into it.
BRIAN SI traveled to NY with my E-Z pass and was charged accordingly for toll crossing. Below 60th street in Manhattan there are Congestion Rate Zones. These were not picked by my E-Z pass because I did not know where the cameras/scanners were. I received an email from ticket uhaul stating I owe $30.80 for tolls. I requested to see the statement/invoice uhaul received from NY pay be license plate so I know what the accurate charges are. No response as of yet. Making your customer aware is so helpful and good business. Answers like "we don't have anything to do with that" is not good business. A little common courtesy goes a long way.
YOLANDA ROne would assume that the main entrance is where the business is located. However, the door was locked and no one was there at 9 AM when they were suppose to open. I started looking around on the lot. I found a side door around the side of an extension of the building with junk cars around. I opened the door and a man yelled at me that they would be open at 9. It was 9 o'clock. He apologized. I have no idea why someone would know that the Uhaul place is on the side of an extension of the building. They should be in front at the main entrance or signs put up to direct people around the corner. Looked like an old creepy garage.
