Ease of drop off excellent due to location right on highway. Can I suggest a lighted uhaul sign though. At night the lot has minimal light and I drove by it the first time. I would them again though

They were incredibly flexible with pick up time on the morning of pick-up. Had two kiddos under three and just wasn't able to make it to the pick-up location when I had scheduled. Chris was very flexible and helped me change the drop off location!
