Disappointing. I noticed after I returned the truck that insurance was added. I clearly said I didn't want insurance and would pass on it when I picked up the truck. I didn't think to double check my emailed receipt to make sure the kid didn't add it. Called after I got my final bill and saw it. Was told to contact customer service to dispute, but "since it's your word vs his and you don't have evidence, it will probably be denied". Thanks.

MAGNOLIA HThe truck was full of mud from the rain. There was hair all over the inside of the truck and the young kid that helped us was rude, looked like he just woke up and didn’t want to really help or talk with us. Just plain rude.
