I complained that the a/c vent was not working, they asked me to bring it over to check it out, so I did. Then the person working there said that they had no trucks to replace with. It was a waste of my time as I was trying to move not worry about sweating and dehydration around 105 degrees. I called customer service u-haul twice to speak to supervisor, both times, no response.
