We picked up the 26’ truck for a 2100 mile haul. I told the u-haul employee that the check engine light was on. He wouldn’t give us another truck and told me if it breaks down to scan the QR code for roadside assistance. I thought that was ridiculous, but he wouldn’t give us another truck and we were on a schedule. Luckily, the truck made the entire trip without breaking down, but we could’ve been in a bad spot if it had.

The kiddo that rented me the truck was very friendly, he helped me with all questions and guided me with the options I was choosing. With dropping off the truck, the lady was also friendly and proficient. Within moments, was able to accept the truck and show me the true charges. Great experience all around, I highly recommend using them!
