The lady in the office Jenny was really nice. I kept the truck longer than I anticipated and no one gave me a hard time or any grief about it which i very much appreciated. It was a hassle free experience that I recommend and will be using again myself in the very near future.
Jerry VCut out the hidden fees. People like knowing what they are being charged up front. Also a truck with A/C would be nice addition.
William MStore hours state open until 4. I tried to return the dolly at 11:50 and no one was available. I tried to call several times and no one answered. I finally had to drive back to the location and figured out how to return the dolly online.
