Nothing the man who rented the U-HAUL to me was very professional. He was very polite. I would give him a 10 out of 10 for the experience, the politeness, the very well maintained U-Haul. I have rented 8 U-Haul’s in my life and this was the smoothest transaction ever.

Keep up the good service
Maria GThe truck cab was dirty with caked on dirt film from several prior rentals and the truck bed was dirty with a cigarette bud layers of dirt and small debris. Inspect and clean the vehicle daily. I received the wrong black box number which caused an hour delay into my rental with me having to waiting in the HOT Texas sun for a CSR to answer the 800#.

JAY CThe location in Laredo was perfect!!! Now the self storage where I got the u hall in mcallen. They didn't fill truck up and the front area of uhaul smelled and was dirty. that place needs improvements. But Laredo did a great job and friendly service.amd help out as much as they could.
