Malfunction vehicle. Odometer reading was wrong and we ended up getting charged for 160 miles when we only did 30. Manager was not helpfully at uhaul rental and either was the field manager.
Francis RNothing there, had to figure it out alone, and there’s many businesses there that have nothing to do with U-Haul and share the parking lot. Terrible drop off location.
MATTHEW FI was told the wrong amount for the re-fueling. The person there said $6-8 the most and I was charged almost $45 total. I used 9 miles, 1 gallon. Not 4 gals as charged.
