The person in the store is super friendly and give me very good clear instruction on getting the truck and returning. very easy and fast to deal with, no long lines like a regular more busy Uhaul place. yes I already have refer few friends there and I even send my roommate to use Uhaul service here, he even said why I didnt tell him sooner. thx
