How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have been charged for gas by this location when I put two gallons in before dropping off the truck, for which I have receipts. I traveled 11 miles, so even if I didn't refuel I would not have used that much gas that they indicated I used.

NANCY PClean the trucks before giving them to people and then don’t charge them the cleaning fee that should’ve been given to the last people. Also notate where the trucks parked so we don’t have to drive a mile away to find it. Overall terrible experience would not recommend.
Skyler KThe trucks are in a fairly difficult location for maneuvering a 26' truck. Not the fault of Ship USA, but I expected to pick the truck miles closer to my house at the UHaul on Broadway in Edmond, OK.
