When I dropped off our truck, someone came to the door , took the key and asked if it was clean. I said yes and that was it . I got charged a $50 cleaning fee when it was spotless , so I’m not sure why that happened .

Ron EGot told I had to go disconnect the trailer by myself in a lot that was so far from the actual rental location the app wouldn’t even register I was there(behind a grocery store?). Had to drive back to the office for the app to load and then to back to where they had me offload the trailer to get pictures. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Making someone (a single female at that) unload a large heavy trailer by themselves is a joke and good way for people to get hurt.
