David WI made a reservation May 18th for May 30th You called me 20hrs before pick up time to tell me that my pick up location changed over 50miles(!) away, original pick up was Stillwater, OK. That's was horrible an experience. Additionally it took almost 50 min to get the pickup because of computer issues. We lost almost 3 hrs on our moving day because we drive 2 hrs round trip to get the rental and it took 50 min to process the pick up
Vanessa GDon’t rent from this location. You better not need to extend your rental or the owner will overcharge up charges and threaten more coat even when you extend your rental online. This location was the worst customer service to deal with, even when I’m paying for the rental.
