The address online takes you to the wrong building, and the right building has no parking lot and no signage visible from the road. On Friday I was there for an hour and in the end wasn't able to pick up the trailer at all which really messed up my moving plans. Then the next day it still took an hour to pick up. This whole rental should be comped, it cost me more in time and money by delaying pickup a whole day than the cost of the rental itself.

Chase LThe owner/clerk was rude, not personable and when I determined I needed to upgrade to a larger size they said all the larger trucks were booked even though it was 2pm on a Sunday and there were several larger ones sitting there when I left and when I returned at 5pm. Not a good representative of the uhaul brand. Will be using diff location next time
