Kris SThe truck was filthy when I picked it up. I had to don gloves every time I need to open the back loading door (which was frequent). Thankfully I knew what I was doing with the truck and car trailer I rented because the gentleman at the Edmonds location was super unhelpful. He also did not tell me that I needed to photograph the truck upon receiving . When I returned the truck at the Altadena location, they questioned me about why the truck was dirty. I was afraid I was going to be charged for a cleaning fee due to the Edmonds locations negligence.
TANIA AGood service and the business owner checked everything... very thorough...started engine, recorded fuel level, mileage, and inspected truck.
