Drop-off was very smooth and quick. I forgot my planner in the truck, and they called me later that day to tell me and held it for me to come back and pick up.

RISTET RWe reserved on a Saturday at 9:00, but the representative was late in opening the store. There were 3 customers waiting when he arrived ~9:20. We overfilled the gas tank from the starting point and asked for a credit, but did not receive one. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice. The truck was functional and as advertised; no issues. It was clean and drove fine. It was our second time using this location, but given the delay in picking it up, I will shop around next time. Overall it was fine and it got the job done.
