My online booking was for the west end pick at Saturday morning at 10 am. At the last minute on Friday I received a text message saying to pick it up all the way across the city at 11 am. That screwed our whole day! We had elevators booked for moving at 10 am. Since we were late we had to wait hours and then we were late leaving and had to drive in the dark to Fort McMurray. We nearly hit a Moose on the highway. So I am very disappointed with the service to say the least. I won't be using or recommending Uhaul ever again for that reason.
Colin CI was gonna put 5 but i put only 2 because i did not know whencyou borrow the vehicle with the amount of gas you have return it with the same amount of gas. I fill it up to full. I did not get any compensation or any discounts 😔. Sad but nothing i can do. I hope they change this
Paul CI returned the truck on the same level of gas when I took it, and I have a picture before and after because I already refuel it $35 , and I have I picture for the receipt. she asked me if I refueled the truck and I said yes, but she charged me $26.69 for the gas, I don't know why. I called her and she said she will try to refund, because I sent her my proofs, I'm still waiting for the refund $26.69
