The biggest disappointment was the dolly and furniture blankets I ordered ahead of time were not there and the reason was “not available“; how are these not reserved with the truck? There was also no warning ahead of time they wouldn’t be provided, and so I needed to move my furniture largely unprotected with a few of my own towels here and there. Not impressed. It’s just lucky some nice person happened to lend us a dolly, or I’d really be not impressed. Moving is stressful enough without this lack of service. My friend even tried to get these items elsewhere and same issue, so that’s the only reason I’m not rating this particular location poorly.

Although the service was good, I had to use a different vehicle than the one I initially requested because the truck never arrived and I was in a hurry
Alvaro MThe truck was clean. It recently snowed but I booked the truck in the morning. There was 20 cm snow on the windshield, the gas tank was empty. It took me an additional hour and half to just get the truck running and I had to extend my rental time and pay extra.
Abhishek SCleaning truck, vehicle needs another of maintenance. No windshield wipers, no windshield washer fluid, food left in truck, passenger mirror need repair.
Conrad LI will never rent here again, they lie and steal money. I paid for gas, I was charged extra for gas, plus I drove a maximum of 40 kilometers and they charged me $88 for three hours, although the price says $19. Never ever again
