Showed up for my 10am booking, got the truck at 11—held hostage by a staff-vs-customer drama that could’ve used a referee. The staff barely spoke; not sure if I was dealing with a human or a vending machine in uniform. Accessibility? Only if you love hauling stuff up steep stairs with no elevator. Bonus points for the creative deposit requests—seems like they try squeezing extra cash from everyone. Greedy much? Service with a scowl. Wouldn't recommend unless you're into punishment.

The customer service at this location is a -10, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. When I checked in at 10 AM I told the gentleman that I will be back at approximately 12:30 to 1245 to drop off. When I arrive back at the office, the doors were locked and I was informed that he’s gone home for today and the office is closed. I told him that I’m here to drop off the vehicle and that I wanna do a walk-through with someone, but I was informed that they are closed and that I wanted to see someone and he insisted to send him pictures on his mobile device and then he hung up the phone on me?? The business hours stated 10 - 1. What kinda business only opens for three hours a day.?? And especially an international business at that! I would like for upper management of U-Haul to contact me regarding more about this situation.

Bryan SService at 3204 Parsons Road was very poor. The U-Haul franchisee was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful.
Susanne LThe truck was leaking fuel and we had to take their worker to pickup the dolly that we booked and paid for but it was at their house. It took away 2.5 hours of our day dealing with change of the truck and picking up the dolly. Poor customer service, was told they dont do charity service when asking to compensate for the gas we put in the truck that was leaking fuel (it was almost empty when they gave it) all around a terrible experience dealing with management and the district manager that called back. We've been using uhaul rentals yearly (usually north 50st) to do garage and rental cleanup, first time I've used this location and will not return here again. Rethinking of renting from uhail in future, hiring people seems more of a seamless way to go without being insulted.
