A quick turnaround for the young man that was my contact. He was awesome. This was an emergency rental for me as my Dad had passed. He was very upfront about the rental and was super at the return. Total transparency by him on pickup.

Had to wait for someone to come and take the keys. They were busy with their car detailing and when he came he just took the keys and didn’t check the truck with me and I got charged for after hours drop off when u dropped it off at around 4:30 pm when they were still open and got charged for fuel top up and I had returned the truck with 92 miles to empty and had picked it up at 103 miles to empty. Will not recommend them. They are not honest and I feel like I got scammed for $90
MOHAMAD AVery straight forward with minimal conversation. When returning vehicle I simply returned the key and not a word was spoken.

Barbara FProvide the vehicle that was asked for. I requested a 9’ cargo van but one wasn’t available. Don’t promise if you can’t deliver. Had to accept an alternate truck covered in ice. Don’t rent a truck that has been sitting in freezing rain and not thawed out. Rear door was frozen shut so totally useless. Your staff could not open the door when I returned the vehicle. I was charged mileage to return a truck that couldn’t be loaded. Your employee said I should have checked the frozen door before leaving (my fault) when I requested a refund. Should I check the oil and tire pressure for you to? Hire staff that are reasonably fluent in English. Your front desk person had to FaceTime someone to explain what to do in Arabic. Not the best image that your customers want to see. I was moving to a new home and had to scramble to find another vehicle. There should be a full refund forthcoming.
