The location was in very poor condition. The lot had massive pot holes up to much husband's ankles. The trailer was also in poor condition with multiple cut wires. They came to "fix" it before we left the lot but just twisting the wires and leaving them exposed. We had go to the store and purchase electrical tape ourselves to apply it. You can tell that he had been broken for a long time. The trailer was also full of nails. Its unbelievable how much we paid for such garbage.
BETHANY LRidiculous correspondence with the advising customers "the day before" that they cant get the vehicle they reserve ...when it is reserved cause it cleatly says its available at that location upon booking it online.
DOMENICO SI will not recommend the Uhaul company. You did so many mistakes that I had to travel and come back because you didn’t have any idea on where your trucks were. It’s not Edmundston who is a problem. It’s the Atlantic Uhaul and the website. It’s really poor to let people bring back a truck not full in gas. I lost about 80-100$ because I didn’t want to have any trouble on the road… If you apply this strategy with every people, excuse me but it’s a theft. So thank you for this really bad experience.
